The Victron Energy Orion-Tr Smart 12V to 12V 30A Non-Isolated DC-DC Charger is a professional adaptive 3-stage charger designed for dual-battery systems in vehicles, boats, RVs, and off-grid power applications. It uses the alternator and starter battery to efficiently charge a service or auxiliary battery.
Built-in Bluetooth allows the charger to be monitored and programmed through the VictronConnect app. The Orion-Tr Smart also features remote on/off capability and engine-running detection, helping automate charging when the vehicle or vessel is operating.
The charger is suitable for both lead-acid and lithium batteries and can be connected in parallel with additional units to increase total charging capacity. Its rugged design, high-temperature operation, and integrated protection features make it a dependable solution for demanding mobile and marine electrical systems.
