RETURNS: First, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and RMA form from Backwoods prior to returning
any item. Call 208-263-4290 to initiate this process. You may return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days, IF it is in its original,
unaltered condition and you include all of the item’s packaging and instructions. We will happily provide a full refund IF Backwoods
determines that we can resell the item(s) as new. Shipping fees are not refunded. Your RMA form will include a variety of
information that explains the issue as well as your name, address, phone number, email address, course of action, etc.
IMPORTANT: if Backwoods determines that we cannot sell your item as new, we will only refund up to 50% of the item’s purchase
price.Â
WARRANTIES: Backwoods Solar does not warranty any product. The manufacturer warrants its products against defects in materials
and workmanship for proper usage for a minimum period as specified by the Manufacturer’s Warranty after date of manufacture or
purchase or installation on commissioning of the product, when properly installed, maintained, and appropriately specified. An RMA
number/form will be issued for any and all defective material.
