DELIVERY TIME - Items that are in stock typically ship within 2 business days. Non-stock and back-ordered items can take up to two
weeks or longer. Your sales rep should be able to give you an estimated delivery date at the time the order is placed. If your order
has not arrived in the given Time-frame, please let us know. Many items are shipping from the manufacturer/vendor, direct to you,
and we may not be aware that the items haven’t gotten to you yet. You can call or email us and we will investigate.
DROP SHIPMENTS - Drop shipments are products shipped direct from the manufacturer/vendor. There will be a “YES” in the “DROP
SHIP” column of your Sales Order, next to any item that will be drop-shipped. These items will arrive at different times and
sometimes from different carriers than the in-stock items on your order.
BACKORDERS – If any items on your order are back-ordered, the item will be highlighted in pink on the sales order document
included with this shipment.
SMALL PACKAGE SHIPMENTS (via USPS, UPS and/or FEDEX) - Our Sandpoint shipments are sent via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
A manufacturer/vendor may also use FedEx. Please let us know if we need to provide special instructions to any of these delivery
services to insure you get your package/s. Once delivered, it’s important to inspect the contents of the package/s that arrive for
damage or missing items right away. In order for us to provide the best customer service possible please report any problems to us
immediately.
FREIGHT SHIPMENTS (via various freight truck carriers) - Some orders may ship via freight truck. We work with a variety of freight
carriers that will deliver your shipment to your residence. If you know that a freight truck cannot get to your residence, you must tell
us. We will provide tracking information so you can be in direct contact with the freight company to minimize delivery issues. Most
carriers will reach out to you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to schedule an appointment. Most times a signature will be required. See
below for a Delivery Checklist and information about what to do if your shipment is damaged.
