The re-designed DCF160 is SunDanzer’s new flagship product. The 160s have exceptionally low energy consumption so they are capable of being used with smaller power systems, which results in lower operating costs. High-quality construction provides excellent reliability and long life. The 160 features 4.3 inches of polyurethane insulation with powdered-coated galvanized steel exterior and aluminum interior.
Thick insulation, top opening, and an electrical design optimized for solar makes the SunDanzer refrigerators and freezers the ultimate low energy user. SunDanzer chest-style refrigerators and freezers are easy to clean using the drain hole at the bottom. 24 volt interior light in all models, not as bright when used on 12 volt system. Exceptionally low energy consumption direct from house battery, no inverter needed. Brushless DC compressor by Secop (Danfoss).
