Description
THE SCHNEIDER XW MPPT60-150 has a two or three stage charging process for on grid or off grid operation. Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) delivers the maximum available power from a PV array to a battery bank. Controller has a configurable auxiliary relay, easy to read, two-line, 16- character liquid crystal display (LCD) and four buttons for configuration and system monitoring in stand-alone applications.
A provided Battery Temperature Sensor (BTS) provides automatic temperature-compensated battery charging. The charge controller is able to communicate its settings and activity to other Xanbus-enabled devices. Maximum 150 Voc array voltage. Built in PV ground fault protection allows code-compliant installation without the need for additional ground fault protection. With a maximum of 60 amps output, a single charge controller can handle array sizes up to 3,200+ watts on a 48 volt battery bank
The XW charge controllers are the best selection to use in conjunction with an XW inverter intended for grid-tie, net-metering applications. Schneider’s proprietary Enhanced Interactive operating mode is the most efficient operating solution to balance battery charging, household loads, and selling to the grid.
This charge controller works seamlessly with the XW inverters via the Xanbus network especially for grid tie systems with an AGM or Gel battery bank.
For 12, 24, 36, 48, or 60 volt battery banks.
